WHAT WE DO
All HOT HIIT® modalities are beat-based training systems taught in FAR Infrared Heat. Our classes burn fat and create long, lean muscles, with rapid results. They strengthen your core, improve circulation, and increase flexibility.
All classes are performed on a yoga mat. Low impact modifications are given for each exercise and each class is taught with an emphasis on mindful movement.
Through consistent visits to your local HOT PHIIT studio, you will gain health and flexibility and increase neuromuscular control. This will lead to good posture, strength, and most importantly, peace of mind.
